Baber Agha served in the Navy for 17 years training new recruits whilst playing for the Navy 1st XI cricket team, he competed at the highest level in the World Defense Squad. He is now the head coach for the Chennai Super Kings Academy UK and continues to offer coaching and strength and conditioning training to pro athletes around the world. He is an ECB Level 2 Coach and a Strength & Conditioning Level 3 Coach
